Key Account Executive (Hybrid)

As a Key Account Executive, you will focus on obtaining larger or multi-location accounts and partnering with local sales representatives to further develop those accounts.

Compensation & Benefits
  • 1st year compensation plans range from $65,000-$105,000.
  • Commission on sales: rate varies from 0% to 12% depending on product, amount, and price sold.
  • Mileage and expense reimbursement.
  • Medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k, and deferred compensation plan.
Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management:
    Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory with the local sales team to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
  • Cold Calling & Prospecting:
    Effectively cold call on potential large customers to grow a book of business.
  • Planning & Priority Setting:
    Plan the week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
  • Market Knowledge:
    Demonstrate products to potential customers to show value and quality.
  • Achieve Sales Goals:
    Meet or exceed sales quotas using proven sales programs and processes learned in training workshops.
  • Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities by inputting information into systems and reporting cost‑savings to customers.
Requirements
  • Ability to travel within assigned geographic area, holding required insurance coverage minimums.
  • Execution of Employment Agreement and/or revised Employment Agreement exhibits, with prior review.
  • Minimum 5 years of strategic selling experience.
