- Develop and present insurance proposals, clearly explaining coverage options and benefits.
- Process new business applications and manage policy renewals efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster retention and growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Texas Property & Casualty License (Required)
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards helping clients.
- Familiarity with insurance products and sales processes.
