Sales Representative - San Antonio

Description The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is growing and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative/Ambassador to join our dynamic Intake team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for evaluating and qualifying leads, and guiding them through the initial legal intake process. You will bring excellent customer service skills, solid sales acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our legal services.

• Complete high volume and prompt client communication via phone, email, and online channels to explain our legal services.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Conduct initial consultations to gather information and determine potential clients' legal needs.
• Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads.
• Meet and/or exceed sales goals.
• Use MS Office or Google Suite and, preferably, Hub Spot CRM.
• Handle administrative tasks promptly and accurately: data entry, document preparation, reporting on lead conversion.
• Maintain strong and concise communication with internal teams regarding leads.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a legal intake specialist role or a similar customer service–focused sales role.
