Hourly pay plus commission based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly. While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates.

We offer comprehensive training; experience is preferred. Training and ongoing support will be provided. Team members are encouraged to sauna and will receive 1 session per week, complementary, available to use when not on scheduled shifts. Great working environment! Open door policy: an owner who knows your name and is always open to your needs.

Monday through Friday, 7 am to 9 pm (Shifts from 6:30 am – 11:30 am, 11 am – 4:30 pm, 4 pm – 9:15 pm)

Saturday and Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm (Shifts from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm, 12 pm – 4 pm, 3:30 pm – 8:15 pm)

• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain a clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.
