We are seeking a Quoting Specialist to join our team supporting a major telecommunications client in a BPO environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate quotes for telecom services, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with pricing policies. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal skills, looking to grow in the telecom or BPO industry.

- Prepare accurate quotations for telecommunications products and services based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide appropriate pricing solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of quotes to customers, adhering to internal deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Assist in improving quoting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.

- Proficiency with MS Office/G-Suite is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in quoting, pricing, or sales support (preferably in telecom or BPO).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using quoting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
