Design Consultant (In-Home Sales Representative) meets at the home of our customers and consistently delivers the proven ZINTEX sales method, designs the dream shower or bath, and secures customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

- Monday-Friday (10:00, 2:00, 6:00)
- Saturday (10:00, 2:00)
- Attend and complete 2-week sales training in Dallas/Fort Worth (company pays travel).
- Participate in one of the most proven sales training programs in the home improvement industry.
- Conduct professional, high-energy sales appointments (average 2 hours each) in the customer's home.
- Attend weekly team meetings and intensive professional training workshops.
- Guide customers through a personalized, one-call close design and sales process.
- All leads are warm, pre-vetted, and pre-set; no cold calling or lead generation.
- Industry best commission and bonus plan.
- Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses.
- Monthly net sales bonus program.
- Expected earnings: average reps earn $120,000–$180,000+ in their first year; top performers exceed $300,000.
