We’re hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in NW San Antonio, TX. The role involves expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Responsibilities
  • Territory management of a geographical area; develop full sales strategy execution from market analysis to contract negotiation and customer retention.
  • New business development and client acquisition; increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring 100% satisfaction with Service & support.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints and other communications.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Manage and support job site activities and projects with remote and on‑site involvement.
  • Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed on‑site.
Qualifications
  • Proven outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in heavy construction equipment or industry sales (rental or construction) preferred but not required.
  • Strong ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
  • Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
