We’re hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in NW San Antonio, TX. The role involves expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Responsibilities- Territory management of a geographical area; develop full sales strategy execution from market analysis to contract negotiation and customer retention.
- New business development and client acquisition; increase market share and improve customer experience.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring 100% satisfaction with Service & support.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints and other communications.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Manage and support job site activities and projects with remote and on‑site involvement.
- Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed on‑site.
- Proven outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in heavy construction equipment or industry sales (rental or construction) preferred but not required.
- Strong ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
- Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Base salary plus uncapped commission.
- Commission guarantee period while building a book of business.
- Company‑provided truck or vehicle allowance ($800/mo).
- Company‑provided cell phone or phone stipend.
