Sales Support Manager

About the Role

As a Sales Support Manager aligned with Wealth Management, you will lead a team responsible for scheduling, territory coordination, and operational support for multiple Sales Force Members within Capital Client Group. In this role, you will play a key part in evolving Sales Support associates from transaction‑based execution to a more strategic partnership, helping your team prioritize effectively, align to territory needs, and support strong advisor engagement.

You will build and maintain relationships with Division Managers and SFMs to understand evolving territory priorities, particularly as our advisor coverage model continues to grow in scale and complexity. You will also lead projects and initiatives that help operationalize new ways of working and improve team effectiveness.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $81,784–$130,854.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
