After completing our training program, you’ll manage your own local sales territory, meeting face-to-face with small and mid‑sized business owners to help them provide supplemental health benefits for their employees.
You’ll have the autonomy to build your own book of business while receiving ongoing coaching from experienced sales leaders. Your primary focus will be building meaningful, long‑term relationships with business owners and decision‑makers. By taking the time to understand their unique goals and challenges, you’ll recommend customized insurance solutions that help protect what they’ve worked hard to build.
In the field, you’ll meet directly with prospective clients through in-person visits and strategic outreach, using our Salesforce CRM to stay organized and manage your pipeline. Beyond closing sales, you’ll serve as a trusted resource—providing guidance, answering questions, and delivering ongoing support so your clients feel confident and cared for throughout their experience, including when they need to navigate the claims process.
Qualifications- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional work experience
- Candidates nearing graduation or with exceptional sales or athletic experience are encouraged to apply
