As we expand our presence in South Texas, we’re seeking a Director of Business Development to lead commercial growth in the region and build lasting relationships with leading operators. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a commercially driven leader who knows the South Texas market and wants to help shape a growing operation.

• Drive new business development and revenue growth across South Texas
• Build and deepen relationships with operators, decision-makers, and key accounts in the region
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities aligned with our growth strategy
• Partner with operations and leadership to ensure customers receive responsive, high-quality service
• Represent the company in the field and across the local energy community

• Proven track record in business development within gas lift (preferred) or a related artificial lift service offering
• An established network and strong credibility among operators in South Texas
• Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to turn relationships into revenueA self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a growing operation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• In-market presence required
