Outside Sales Representative – San Antonio, TX Overview
Creative Safety Supply is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to own and grow the San Antonio territory.
This is a field-first, territory-building role
—you’ll spend your time in front of customers, identifying opportunities, and turning new business into long-term accounts. If you like being out in the field, working directly with operators and decision-makers, and building something over time, this is the role.
Creative Safety Supply is a U.S.
-based manufacturer since 2007 and supplier of workplace safety and visual communication solutions. The company helps businesses create safer, more organized, and more efficient facilities through products like industrial label printers, floor marking systems, safety signage, and 5S/Lean tools. Organizations across manufacturing, logistics, and other industries rely on these tools to improve communication, reduce hazards, and maintain compliance standards.

- Prospect consistently through cold outreach, site visits, networking, and referrals
- Win new business and take share from competitors
- Meet customers on-site to understand operations and recommend solutions
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key accounts
- Run your pipeline in CRM (Hub Spot) and manage your activity and follow-up
- Work cross-functionally with support, ops, and marketing teams
- Follow through post-sale to drive repeat and expansion business
- 3–5+ years of outside / field sales experience
- Proven ability to generate net-new business and build territory
- Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and walking into accounts
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, safety, or similar environments preferred
- Strong communicator who can hold their own with decision-makers
- Organized, self-driven, and accountable for results
- You consistently bring in new business while growing existing accounts
- You run an active, organized pipeline and know where your next deals are coming from
- You’re visible in your territory and build real relationships with customers
- Your territory shows measurable growth
