Sales Representative - French Speaking

Overview

Task Us is a provider of outsourced digital services and next‑generation customer experience. We are looking for a Sales Support Representative to provide world‑class service to customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Research and resolve issues reported by client end‑users via phone, email, and chat support.
• Use sales techniques to offer products and services to customers or potential customers, primarily via telephone to cold, warm or hot leads.
• Document all customer interactions according to our standard operating procedures.

• At least 1 year of sales or business development experience (commission sales, appointment setting, inside or outside sales, or a role with a sales target/quota or incentive program).
• Ad sales and cold‑calling experience highly preferred.
• Willingly complete a typing assessment of 25 words per minute.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; B2 level French (writing, speaking, listening) required.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Adaptable and flexible to process and information changes.
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and hold a high‑school diploma or GED.
• Must be willing to participate in a background screening.
