Sales Executive

Bilingual sales support driving outbound outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline management for our client's growing remote team.

Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (depending on business needs)

Hours: EST / PST business hours required

Location: Remote.

Tools: GHL, Mindbody, Marianatek, Hub Spot, or similar CRM

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Bilingual Sales Executive to support their growing international team. The role focuses on lead management, outbound outreach, CRM tracking, and supporting the sales pipeline in a fast-paced remote environment. The ideal candidate is persuasive, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using AI tools to improve outreach efficiency and follow-up processes.

Key Responsibilities Lead Qualification & Outreach
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads in both Spanish and English
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the pipeline
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team
Sales Support & Closing Assistance
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Support negotiation conversations when needed
  • Maintain strong client relationships and professional communication
CRM & Pipeline Management
  • Manage and update CRM systems (GHL, Mindbody, Marianatek, Hub Spot, or similar)
  • Track lead activity, follow-ups, and deal stages
  • Maintain organized and accurate sales data
  • Generate simple pipeline reports when required
Lead Generation & Research
  • Conduct prospect research and identify new opportunities
  • Support marketing efforts through targeted lead generation
  • Maintain and update prospect databases
Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum English proficiency level: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
  • At least 6 months of previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
  • Availability during EST / PST business hours
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Professional and results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in AI tools usage — comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, draft communications, and optimize sales workflows
  • Experience using CRM platforms (GHL, Mindbody, Marianatek, or similar)
  • Experience working with U.S. or Latin American clients
  • Background in customer success or upselling strategies
  • Experience in remote sales environments
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting strategies
Technical Skills
  • Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Communication tools (Zoom, Slack)
  • Project/task management tools (Trello, Asana, Click Up)
  • AI tools for drafting and workflow optimization (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
