As a Client Account Manager
, you will be the primary point of contact for our Australian clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and ongoing support. Your key responsibility will be to build trusted relationships, understand client needs, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the partnership. In addition, you will contribute to business growth by identifying and engaging prospective Australian clients.
This is the most client-facing role within Crewzio, requiring outstanding communication skills, relationship-building ability, and confidence interacting with Australian business owners.
Location of candidate:
India any location, fully remote. Must work hours with strong daily overlap with Australian business hours.
Client Account Management (Primary Focus)
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for Australian clients, providing timely and professional support.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
- Understand client business needs and identify upcoming hiring or staffing requirements.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Lead client onboarding and conduct regular account reviews to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development (Secondary Focus)
- Identify and engage prospective clients within Australia's engineering, industrial, construction, and trades sectors.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, Linked In, and phone outreach.
- Schedule discovery meetings and develop new client relationships.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM, providing regular activity and performance updates.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing B2B role such as Account Management, Customer Success, Recruitment, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Proven experience working with overseas clients, particularly in Australia, the UK, the US, or other Western markets.
- Excellent spoken and written English with the confidence to communicate professionally with Australian business owners.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing client relationships independently.
- Availability to work hours overlapping with Australian business hours.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, offshore services, or BPO.
- Exposure to engineering, industrial, construction, or trades industries.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Previous outbound sales or SDR (Sales Development Representative) experience.
