District Sales Manager – Mid Market (New Business)
JOB PURPOSE:
With full scope to sell across ADP's Payroll and HR solutions, this role also provides the infrastructure, presence and brand for sales professionals to have true, global conversations with organisations. You will work with your sales leadership team to define your individual account base strategy, focusing on Mid Market level New Business Accounts based in Germany.
This will involve being able to collaborate and orchestrate a leading team of expertise and resource to identify and address client needs in an evolving landscape of people management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Create, develop and maintain effective business relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Managing the sales cycle with senior decision makers, usually in Finance, HR/Payroll or IT service areas.
- Identifying prospective clients / sales opportunities within your market segment and successfully sell the concept of outsourcing.
- Independent direct sales of our portfolio of products and services in the mid-market market segment.
- Planning and implementation of acquisition campaigns to acquire new customers.
- Independent acquisition of new customers by telephone.
- Processing of enquiries from interested parties.
- Preparation of offers including pricing and tracking until the conclusion of the contract.
- Organization and implementation of presentations to interested parties and customers.
- Sales reporting using a sales information system.
- Participation in trade fairs and other events.
- Several years of experience in multi-layered sales of products or services that require explanation – ideally in the field of human resources management / SAAS / Software.
- Fluent German.
- Proven track record of identifying, hunting and closing new business.
- High motivation to perform.
- Negotiation skills, also at management level.
- High customer and service orientation.
- Resilience, flexibility.
- Independent, goal-oriented way of working.
- Team orientation.
- Commercial training or studies.
- Good IT skills, especially MS Office products.
- Experience with BPO projects.
- Driving licence.
