We are a start-up and looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 23 years of experience in sales and marketing, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in art and creative spaces.

• Generate leads for artwork sales.
• Meet corporate clients, hotels, offices, hospitals, builders, and educational institutions.
• Develop relationships with interior designers and architects.
• Convert enquiries into orders.
• Meet monthly sales targets.

• Identify and onboard quality artists.
• Maintain relationships with existing artists.
• Coordinate artist meetings and feedback.

• Build partnerships with galleries, art clubs, colleges, and cultural organizations.
• Identify opportunities for exhibitions and events.

• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
• Submit weekly sales and activity reports.
• Provide market feedback to management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or related fields. MBA/Marketing background is an added advantage.
