Account Manager, Inside Sales, Client Relationship Manager
A growing business unit of a $500mm fire protection and security organization is seeking a 100% remote Inside Sales professional based out of the Greater Philadelphia area to grow service-based revenue within an assigned customer portfolio. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities primarily, as well as follow-up on service opportunities, maintaining long-term client relationships, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities- Identify service opportunities by reviewing prior service activity, inspection findings, and internal referrals.
- Proactively reconnect with existing customers to address ongoing service needs and promote continued engagement.
- Work closely with technical staff and internal partners to evaluate service requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
- Create service proposals and pricing recommendations, managing follow-up through completion.
- Maintain detailed customer records and opportunity tracking within internal systems.
- Coordinate with operations teams to support scheduling, execution, and follow-through on approved work.
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for customers, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Contribute to team discussions around pipeline activity, process improvements, and growth initiatives.
- Support targeted outreach efforts and regional growth programs as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role involving service coordination, inside sales, or account support.
- Background in technical services, facilities support, or regulated service environments preferred.
- Comfortable working with CRM or internal tracking systems and standard office software.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple active priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Clear and professional communication skills across phone, email, and virtual platforms.
Employment type:
Direct Hire. Total compensation: $150-200k. Specific compensation will be determined based on education, experience, location, and skill set of the selected individual.
