About this role

We are looking for a Customer Success Account Manager responsible for managing client accounts, including contract compliance, reporting, plan and eligibility changes, troubleshooting, and implementations. They will collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive customer-centric projects, utilize Prescryptive’s proprietary technology, and manage customer touchpoints. The role involves direct account management and participation in complex account teams. Candidates should have a customer service mindset, strong communication skills, a data-driven approach, and technological proficiency.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary representative of Prescryptive for assigned accounts, understanding customer objectives and Prescryptive’s offerings.
  • Respond to inquiries and escalations from customers, brokers, and TPAs, conducting research and communicating resolutions effectively.
  • Build relationships with key client, broker, and TPA representatives, promoting Prescryptive’s capabilities.
  • Manage the annual business cycle, including reviews, plan analysis, compliance, performance reporting, and renewals.
  • Participate in customer meetings, leading or contributing to planning and follow-up activities.
  • Lead efforts to achieve member engagement and cost management priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on operational efficiency and customer experience initiatives.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 3+ years in client services, account management, or project management within PBM, healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industries.
  • 5+ years of project management experience with successful delivery on timelines and objectives.
  • Proven ability to build trust, lead initiatives, meet deadlines, and produce high-quality work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, small team environment.
  • Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and project management tools like Smart Sheet is a plus.

Salary range: $90K to $140K annually, based on experience and other factors.
