Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach, inbound leads, and industry networking
  • Develop a deep understanding of our manufacturing capabilities (CNC machining, turning, assembly, etc.)
  • Target and pursue jobs that are a strategic fit—repeatable, high‑tolerance, high‑value parts
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to quoting and closing
  • Collaborate with estimating and engineering teams to develop accurate quotes and proposals
  • Attend trade shows, customer visits, and industry events as needed
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales tracking metrics
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline health
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing, Machining, Injection Molding or industrial markets
  • Technical understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency with email outreach, CRM tools, and sales platforms
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Experience selling into aerospace, or medical device industries is a plus
  • Existing contacts in aerospace and medical industries is a plus

Compensation:

Base salary + performance‑based commission (OTE based on experience and results).
