About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and closing equipment financing deals. This remote role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Negotiate and close financing contracts with professionalism and accuracy
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans
• Analyze market trends and financial data to inform decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet company goals
• Maintain a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management
• Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market and financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Experience in equipment financing or a related industry is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to generate $10MM+ in annual equipment financing/leases
