Role:
Manager, SMB Sales

We are looking for an experienced SMB Sales Manager to lead and grow a small but high-performing team of Account Executives. You’ll play a central role in shaping sales strategies, coaching your team, and helping drive business growth. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll also manage key accounts directly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate 3–4 Account Executives to achieve their targets.
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies for the SMB segment.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Pre‑sales teams to support customer success.
  • Support your team in account planning and strategy execution.
  • Gain deep knowledge of our products and services to advise clients effectively.
  • Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Directly manage and grow strategic accounts as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in tech, professional services, or data‑focused projects.
  • 2+ years leading small sales teams (up to 5 members).
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Data‑driven decision‑making and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Experience with SDR/BDR teams is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML or prior experience in the AI data space is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; tech background preferred.
  • Ideally located in a major tech hub, though remote options may be considered.
