Work Model
Hybrid – in office & in the field (no WFH)

- Hybrid:
50% office / 50% field - Cold calling, appointment setting, and self‑generated pipeline
- Client meetings, drop‑ins, and in‑person selling
- Ongoing training, role plays, and weekly 1:1s
- Must be comfortable with rejection
- 2–5 years B2B sales (cold calling, hunting, closing)
- Minimum 50% net new business responsibility
- 15+ months at current company; no gaps >60 days
- Live within 1 hour of office; traveling within territory by car required for in field sales
- Documented sales success strongly preferred
