• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
• Build relationships and create customers for life
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on new inventory
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company policy and insurance carrier requirements
• Ability to safely operate company-owned and customer-owned vehicles in accordance with applicable laws, company policies, and job requirements
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, internet navigation, and common business applications
• Ability to learn and utilize dealership software, CRM systems, and other technology tools
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
