Responsibilities- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
- Meet sales targets and earn commission with the full suite of AT&T products, including the latest devices and personalized services.
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9am‑9pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
- Stay flexible and open to change to keep pace with evolving technology and customer needs.
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
- No sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching will be provided to help you meet and exceed goals.
Retail Sales Consultant earns between $12.87 and $25.51 hourly, plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can reach $62,460 per year. Starting salary may vary by geography, experience, expertise, and training.
