Outside Sales Representative - B2B - San Antonio
Brite Star Uniforms is seeking a Business-to-Business Outside Sales Representative to join a successful, locally‑owned, family‑run company that has been in business since 1955. This position offers tools and support to help you succeed.

- Identify and develop new business customers
- Cold‑call businesses and represent the company in a professional manner
- Meet with and analyze the needs of potential clients
- Manage time effectively and productively with a strong work ethic
- Achieve sales goals and participate in sales strategy planning
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- 2‑4+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- High school graduate; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Good computer and CRM skills
- Hunter sales mentality; goal‑driven and self‑motivated
Annual compensation: $70,000 – $110,000, with no earnings ceiling.
You will solicit new customers for custom uniform programs and other services. Industries served include automotive, industrial, government, refineries, machine shops, HVAC, plumbing, and most companies that wear uniforms.
