Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $15.50 Per Hour

• Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm; weekends to 5 pm.

• Work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.

• Transport and lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris.

Experience:

Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service‑centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.

Employees must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle to travel between work locations or for other work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement available.
