We are currently looking for the right Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The compensation ranges from $13.45 to $15.95 per hour with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $2.75 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff of the store to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. The associate greets, engages, and assists customers in processing sales, loans, and other transactions. They work with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

• Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays merchandise.
• Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with policies.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect and using effective communication tools.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Successfully completes assigned training.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Willing and able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• May be asked to assist a customer outside the building or retrieve products from exterior storage.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in multiple locations and a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.

The commission incentive plan is proprietary to First Cash. Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2–8% commission based on the gross profit of their personal performance. Specific details will be provided during the interview process.
