Responsibilities

The Pool Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for meeting with prospective and existing clients, understanding their pool and outdoor living needs, and presenting customized design and pricing proposals. The Pool Sales Consultant will manage the sales process from initial inquiry through contract signing, including site visits, measurements, and coordination with design and construction teams.

Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing quotes, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and ensuring that clients receive clear, timely communication. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align customer expectations with project timelines and specifications, while consistently working to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with experience guiding clients through complex purchasing decisions.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal presentations and professional written correspondence.
  • Experience in residential construction, home improvement, or outdoor living products is beneficial.
  • Ability to conduct on-site visits, interpret basic plans, and collaborate effectively with design and construction teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Comfort with using CRM software and basic office applications for tracking leads and preparing proposals.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits within the San Antonio area.
