What You'll Do

  • Learn the ins and outs of iHeart’s Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.
  • Cultivate existing business using the full suite of iHeart products.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
  • Use storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to meet clients’ expectations.
What You'll Need
  • Self‑motivated with a go‑getter attitude, excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable with cold‑calling and lead generation outreach.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills that help business grow to its fullest potential.
  • Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
