What You'll Do
- Learn the ins and outs of iHeart’s Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.
- Cultivate existing business using the full suite of iHeart products.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
- Use storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to meet clients’ expectations.
- Self‑motivated with a go‑getter attitude, excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.
- Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive mindset.
- Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable with cold‑calling and lead generation outreach.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
- Strong problem‑solving skills that help business grow to its fullest potential.
- Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

- Week 1:
Complete onboarding journey and job‑specific training. - Week 2:
Align with manager on work and communication styles, priorities, and expectations. - Week 3:
