Responsibilities
- proactively makes outbound calls with assigned existing account base
- works closely with decision makers to expand volume business
- identifies, quotes, & converts sales on products
- collaborates with customer service representatives on order entry and tracking
- updates CRM to stay current on account follow-ups
- presents Ecommerce capabilities to assigned accounts and trains customers
- high school diploma or GED
- two (2) or more years of related sales experience or an equivalent combination
- strong sales experience in making proactive outbound calls
- capability of understanding customer pain points
- ability to identify potential add-on sales opportunities
- reliable, organized, detailed, focused
- demonstrated ability to collaborate with field sales teams
- strong and professional communication skills
- proven business development success
- ability to multi-task with requests
- strong sense of urgency for reaching sales goals
- positive attitude and ability to deal with rejection
