Position Overview

As a Personal Banker at PNC, you will strengthen customer relationships on the Bulverde Marketplace branch in San Antonio, Texas. Your role involves engaging customers in sales conversations, identifying appropriate financial solutions, and maintaining a customer‑focused environment. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through defined processes, including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Work Experience:
  
  3+ years in banking or related field; military service may be considered.
• Education:
  
  Associate’s degree or equivalent; a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Licenses:
