Area Manager-Specialty San Antonio

Responsibilities

• Responsible for promotion of CSL products and managing business development/distributors to achieve sales targets.
• Promotes products to select call points to achieve territory sales targets, consistent with regional/corporate direction.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key accounts and external clients to increase awareness of product offerings; establishes and maintains high level scientific relationships with KOL key opinion leaders.
• Facilitates development of new accounts while supporting growth of existing accounts.
• Supports education programs, providing presentations at scientific congresses, conferences and patient organization meetings.
• Provides input to the marketing strategy.
• Ensures customer contact and promotional activities comply with company policy and standard operating procedures.

• Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field.
• 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
