Rocky Point Group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to represent The Garden Family by Rocky Point across a defined Bunnings store territory in New South Wales, with responsibility for a small number of supporting stores in the ACT and South Australia.

This role is focused on building strong in‑store relationships, improving product presentation, supporting range execution and driving sales growth across an agreed group of stores. The territory is managed through structured call cycles, balancing store visit frequency, customer priorities, seasonal activity and travel efficiency.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory, supporting Bunnings stores through regular store visits, sales activities, product training, merchandising, and promotional execution.

This role requires a hands‑on, customer‑focused professional who enjoys working autonomously while contributing to a high‑performing national team.

• Store visits are managed through planned call cycles, with visit frequency determined by store priority, sales opportunity, seasonal activity, and travel efficiency.
• Conduct regular sales appointments and store visits across your territory.
• Meet and exceed sales, execution, compliance and performance targets.
• Drive in‑store sales growth through effective merchandising, product availability and promotional execution.
• Analyse store performance, stock movement and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Support key seasonal programs, promotional campaigns and new product launches.

• Ensure products are merchandised in line with planograms, store standards and brand expectations.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and promotional compliance.
• Monitor pallet presentation, stock rotation, displays and overall category presentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve product placement, ranging and in‑store execution.
• Support the successful rollout of new products, deleted lines and seasonal range transitions.
• Report competitor activity, market intelligence and category trends.

• Build strong relationships with Department Managers, Lifestyle Coordinators, Complex Managers and other key Bunnings stakeholders.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for store execution and merchandising support.
• Deliver product training and educational sessions for store team members.

• Previous experience in field sales, retail sales, merchandising, account support or a similar role.
• Confidence in presenting products and delivering in‑store training.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and execution targets.
• Strong understanding of merchandising principles, planograms and retail execution.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently while managing a large territory.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively.

• Experience working with major retailers, particularly Bunnings.
• Experience with in hardware, garden, nursery, landscaping or FMCG industries.
