Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Ready Mix Sales Representative to join our San Antonio/New Braunfels market. You will develop and maintain favorable relationships with customers, achieve sales goals for ready-mix concrete products, and craft short- and long-term sales plans to grow volume and margins.
The role requires strong sales acumen, ability to work with internal teams, and willingness to travel within the territory. Prior construction or concrete sales experience is preferred.
