Bilingual Sales Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Improve customer service experience, engage customers, and facilitate organic growth
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and events
• Assist Account Executive with account management
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed
• Resolve promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies
• Contact customers directly when necessary
• Assist customers with existing and new orders, account statuses, and relevant problems
• Collaborate with internal departments for order coordination and delivery
• Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Degree or GED preferred;
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field a plus
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual:
  English and Spanish preferred
• Ability to travel: 10–30%
