Confidential home health client is in need of experienced Home Health Sales / Business Development Liaisons for multiple Central Texas markets.

Compensation:
- Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $110,000, based on experience
- First-Year Bonus Potential: $20,000 – $30,000

An exciting opportunity awaits a skilled healthcare sales professional with strong knowledge of the local market, established referral connections, and a successful history of increasing census through external referral development.
Previous experience in home health sales is preferred. However, applicants with expertise in hospice, senior living, post-acute care, hospital, physician referral development, or other healthcare sales fields are also welcome. Candidates must be local to the market and capable of sharing details of past sales achievements, referral growth, and measurable results.
Position SummaryThe Business Development Liaison’s main responsibility is to establish new referral sources, nurture existing relationships, and actively promote the agency within the local community. This individual will execute a sales and marketing strategy aimed at meeting or exceeding census targets, financial goals, and overall business development objectives.
Primary Responsibilities- Cultivate and expand relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, and other healthcare referrers.
- Identify and engage new referral sources throughout the assigned territory.
- Enhance existing relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and professional communication.
- Represent the agency with integrity and professionalism.
- Implement sales and marketing plans to boost census and market share.
- Monitor referral activity and maintain records through sales software / CRM systems.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and leadership.
- Attend community events, networking functions, and referral source meetings on behalf of the agency.
- Keep abreast of local healthcare trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Energetic, self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record of outside referral development in healthcare settings.
- Extensive knowledge of the local market and established healthcare connections.
- Proficient in prospecting and establishing new referral relationships.
- Demonstrated success in achieving specific referral, admission, and revenue goals.
- Strong work ethic, consistent employment background, and a desire for a long-term career.
- Effective communicator with a professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working autonomously while supporting team objectives.
- Skilled in using sales force / CRM tools for communication and tracking.
- At least two years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or referral development required.
- Prior experience in home health sales is preferred.
- Experience in hospice, senior living, hospital, post-acute care, or related healthcare sales will also be considered.
- Sales experience in healthcare services is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, facility leaders, and community partners.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance are necessary.
