Sales Consultant In Training- Braunfels​/San Marcos

This Sales Consultant in Training position supports, services, and maintains accounts, stocking shelves, building displays, and following up after deliveries to ensure proper product placement.

• Travels around assigned territory to service accounts
• Checks quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock, and services the accounts
• Fills shelves from displays and back stock to minimize out of stock items
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers
• Communicates with Sales Representatives regarding changes in buyer’s preferences, out of stock inventory, oversight in shelf space, and any concerns or situations encountered during business hours
• Builds and develops trust and a strong working relationship with the retailer by upholding Johnson Brothers corporate values, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a “can‑do” attitude
• Performs other work‑related tasks and special projects as assigned

• Work experience in the liquor industry (e.g., bartender, wait staff, liquor store experience) is a plus
• Goal and results oriented
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize work
• Competitive, self‑motivated, and customer service oriented
• Professional written and oral communication skills required
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance and a good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50‑pound cases, sometimes repeatedly
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package)
