MCR Iron Works is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners transform their ideas into custom ironwork projects.

This is a 1099 commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. If you’re confident in your ability to build relationships, manage appointments, and close sales, this opportunity is for you.

• Contact company-generated leads and schedule appointments.
• Meet homeowners at their property to discuss their project.
• Measure basic dimensions and gather project information.
• Prepare or coordinate professional estimates.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM.

• Qualified leads generated through our marketing.
• CRM with organized customer information and follow-up tools.
• Professional estimating software.
• Sales presentation materials.
• Administrative support.
• Ongoing training and a structured sales process.

• Self‑motivated and dependable.
• Strong at communication and relationship building.
• Organized and comfortable using technology.
• Able to manage appointments independently.
• Professional in appearance and attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Experience in residential sales, construction, remodeling, or home improvement is preferred, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
