Salary Range: $10.00 - $17.10 per hour*

As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate client relationships by providing elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. You will serve clients in-store and digitally, using technology for outreach and selling.

• Maintain a customer‑centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobe.
• Showcase products appropriately for remote or in‑person clients.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology, omni‑channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobe goals.
• Strategize own business to increase productivity through wardrobe, outreach and technology usage.
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Motivated with a strong ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission-based sales experience.
