• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the HVAC industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Comfortable using multiple software systems to track customer data and manage sales processes
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, squat, and stand for long periods
• Capable of lifting, carrying, or pushing up to 75 lbs
• Ability to drive and sit for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
