Position: Outside Sales Representative (Hunter Mentality)
Territory: South Texas ( San Antonio, Austin, Houston) - Remote/Field-Based
Travel: Up to 6 nights per month

What You'll DoAs an Outside Sales Rep, you'll operate like a territory CEO -- developing your customer base, creating opportunities, and driving serious revenue. This is a chance to build your own pipeline while expanding an already-established book of business in a high-demand industry.
Your Mission- Own and grow your territory in South Texas ( San Antonio, Austin, Houston)
- Hunt down new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
- Develop strong relationships with insulation contractors, distributors, and industrial clients
- Deliver product demos and offer expert technical support
- Represent AFCAT at trade shows, networking events, and client site visits
- Collaborate with inside sales and customer service--but the field is yours to lead

- 3+ years of outside sales experience (construction or industrial supply preferred)
- A proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts
- Comfortable with travel across your territory up to 6 nights per month
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with insulation, construction, or industrial distribution is a strong advantage
