Student Enrollment Representative
As a Student Enrollment Representative, you'll play a key role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to new inquiries and maintaining consistent outreach activity.
- Conducting consultations and interviews to evaluate student interest and fit.
- Building relationships with prospective students and supporting them through admissions.
- Recruiting and enrolling qualified applicants while ensuring compliance with institutional, accreditation, state, and federal guidelines.
- Participating in recruitment initiatives and enrollment-related activities.
- Achieving established performance metrics and enrollment objectives.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or relevant professional experience in admissions, education, recruiting, sales, customer engagement, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience managing large applicant or customer pipelines and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presence with a customer-focused approach.
