You will play a key role in managing inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, and maintaining detailed customer records to ensure seamless communication and excellent client experiences. Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Follow up on sales leads generated through various channels, including website inquiries and walk-ins.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle models, features, financing options, and promotions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with the sales and finance departments to facilitate smooth vehicle transactions.
• Track and report on key performance metrics to management regularly.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BDC Sales Agent or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Customer-focused attitude with a genuine passion for helping people find the right vehicle.
• Strong sales aptitude and a results-driven mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and Saturdays.
