We are hiring our (
Founding)
Account Executives - AI Solutions who can drive revenue, own customer outcomes, and help shape how AI is deployed in real-world customer operations.

This isn't a traditional sales role.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Generate a significant portion of their own pipeline
• Sell consultative AI solutions that solve real business problems
• Stay engaged after the sale to ensure customer success and identify expansion opportunities
• Help shape our go-to-market strategy as one of our first dedicated AI sales hires

• 2–5 years of SaaS, Telecom, CCaaS, BPO, or technology sales experience
• Proven success building pipeline and closing consultative sales
• Comfortable selling to SMB and Mid-Market businesses
• Passionate about AI, automation, and customer experience
• Resourceful, proactive, and driven by results
• Comfortable speaking with everyone from business owners to C-suite executives

Base: $55,000–$75,000 + Uncapped Commission

• OTE: $120,000–$140,000+
