The Carlos Cruz Insurance Agency is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals ready to start a long-term career in insurance sales. This is an entry-level role with no experience required
. We provide all licensing training materials and full support to help you obtain your P&C and Life & Health licenses. Candidates are responsible for state licensing fees. Once licensed, you’ll receive warm leads every day and hands-on coaching to help you succeed.

• Work incoming leads and follow up with potential clients
• Educate clients on coverage options
• Provide quotes, process applications, and assist with policy changes
• Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent customer service
  
  Meet sales goals with support from leadership

• No prior insurance experience required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
• Comfortable with phone-based outreach
• Must be able to obtain P&C and L&H licenses
