- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and consistent daily activity standards
- Track all interactions and progress in CRM (Club Ready or similar)
- Own your enrollment targets and contribute to team performance
- Full‑time, 40 hours per week
- Evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays required
- Active presence on the floor during peak hours expected

- Proven success in sales, recruiting, or other high-volume, public‑facing roles
- Strong ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and guide prospects to a decision
- Highly organized, self‑driven, and accountable in a team environment
- Strong objection‑handling, rapport‑building, and closing ability
- Comfortable working in a structured, performance‑based, high-accountability culture
- Military, law enforcement, or tactical background
- Firearms or personal defense training experience
- Experience with CRM systems (Club Ready, High Level, or similar)
- Existing network within first responder, military, veteran, or security communities
- High earning potential with performance‑based commission
- Structured lead flow—no cold calling or door‑to‑door sales
- Paid training and ongoing support to set you up for success
- Fast-growing company with clear opportunities for advancement
- Mission‑driven environment focused on empowerment, confidence, and real‑world readiness
- High‑energy, performance‑based culture where results are recognized and rewarded
