• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
• Accurately audit team deals Post‑Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
• Fully comply with title laws and registration process.

• Eagerness to improve.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Previous vehicle selling experience at a Franchise dealership.
• Previous finance and desk experience at a Franchise dealership.

• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well‑versed in title laws and registration process.
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skill.
• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays.
• Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.
• Facial hair neatly trimmed and no longer than 1/2" or clean shaven each morning.
• Clean driving record and current, non‑suspended driver’s license.
• Background check and drug screen.
