Responsibilities- Drive profitable sales revenue and growth by orchestrating and directing resources.
- Analyze and interpret data to create comprehensive plans.
- Optimize sales effectiveness in partnership with other leaders.
- Inspire and engage the team to drive profitable business results.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on district sales results.
- Provide input on organizational needs, associate actions, and sales team development.
- Provide ongoing coaching to develop and encourage the team.
- Manage the successful execution of sales strategies and plans for the district.
- BS/BA degree.
- 5+ years of experience with an area customer base.
- Strong sales management background.
- Prior leadership experience.
