Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned regions to promote and sell Astound's internet, phone, and cable services.
• Establish first contact and build relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all products, pricing models, promotions, and service features.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Record customer information, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
• Attend team meetings and sales training sessions.
• Handle customer questions or objections, turning challenges into sales opportunities.
