Position PurposeThis position is a fantastic opportunity to join the growing JCB Aftersales Team, reporting directly to the GM Aftersales. The role will task the candidate to demonstrate their selling skills while developing a wider skills base in negotiation, problem solving, CRM system use, customer, and account management.
The applicant will be the primary point of contact between our regional Aftersales Teams, dealers, customers, and our company HQ in Savannah GA. This individual will gain experience in the full Aftersales process from lead generation to parts delivery; qualifying sales leads, communicating with customers, facilitating JCB dealer parts orders, and managing logistics requests. This individual will be able to accept ownership for in bound and out bound communication, effectively manipulate complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
The candidate will ensure dealer inquiries are given personalized attention and are treated as a priority.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities- Follow up qualified leads for JCB dealers from Live Link and Salesforce, with a plan to close every lead.
- Manage all customer and dealer inquiries and respond within twenty-four hours.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for the field After Sales Staff to resolve order inquiries.
- Performs projects for the Aftersales Team as required.
- Conduct regular traction meetings to focus on individual development.
- Manage CRM database to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and opportunities.
- Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers and dealer partners.
- Provide weekly reporting on sales activity and pipeline.
- Proactive order management and customer service.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or a related field.
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.
- Experience in Aftersales or Marketing.
- Experience in equipment, machinery, or construction Aftersales.
- Strong technical aptitude or understanding of heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of customer support systems/procedures or channels of distribution.
- Salesforce and CRM knowledge and experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a high-stress environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Collaborative approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the enterprise.
- Ability to understand processes (system and non-system), troubleshoot, develop, and recommend solutions.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and be a self-motivated team player.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Microsoft Project.
